This called my attention, as it is a typical Italian genre, and not Romantic at all..However, Chopin has other works equally amazing, like one based on the italian melody « Carnival in Venice »…

« Tarantella » by F. Chopin is a very nice piece..However, , it doesn’t sound like Chopin 100 percent to me..
When I first played it gave me a bit of a hard time, as I was out of practice and those octaves wore me out .However, upon intense practice everything turned ok and I just love it…I wonder why isn’t it more popular as other Chopin’s works?.
