Where is it better to place your computer keyboard for comfort and health of your wrists?
On the slide out keyboard stand or on my desk with a wrist pad?
Slide out keyboard tray that allows for different positions so you can find the one that accommodates you the best.
I read that wrist rests actually hold your wrist at an unnatural angle increasing the chances of developing carpel tunnel. I don’t know how true it is…
I just recently switched from a wrist pad because I was having problems with wrist pain and since I started using the tray the pain is gone.
You pretty much have to determine what is the most comfortable for you.
