are actors ever nude in movies, because?
you know when your watching a movie and the guy or girl takes there clothes off, but there is a sofa, lamp,phone,table or something covering up there private parts, we cant see that part
so are they nude in front of the cast and crew or do they have something on, are the private parts visible?
also, in movies were there naked like alpha dog, the girl next door, troy, etcc…. are the guys front covered up in front of the cast and crew or is it visible to them?
Many times, actors will wear what is known as a cock sock (I swear that is the technical term). However, there are times when the actor will just let if fly and the occasional low hangers are visible (see Ben Affleck in Glory Daze or Colin Farrell in Alexander). There has always been a stigma about male frontal nudity. Only a few actors (Ewan McGregor, Richard Gere, Harvey Keitel) are brave enough to have their privates immortalized on film. A lot of times if you watch the cast commentaries, they will comment on it so if you’re curious about a specific film, watch the nude scene with commentary.
