Vintage Piano Question – help!?
I have a wurlitzer butterfly baby grand piano. I understand it was made during the war when ivory keys were hard to come by. It’s an octave short of a full keyboard. There is NO serial number anywhere, I’ve looked and looked. Any idea about age? Value? Where I could market it?
Thanks
Is there a good piano store near you? Some of the folks who work in these places are amazingly knowledgeable and might help. It’s worth a phone call. The piano and organ salesmen at a place near me are a wealth of information – and they might be able to sell it for you, although of course you wouldn’t get the full worth. At least they could give you a rough estimate of its worth, perhaps – or point you in the right direction.
