How do I make these circuits work using 9V batteries, mini switches, lights, and a buzzer?

For physics class, i have to construct a doll house with a doorbell and lights powered by 9 volt batteries. I have SPDT slide switches that say they are rated 3A at 125VAC. they are three-position switches, is that ok or do i need two position? For the lights, I have two different kinds of Screw-base lamps: 6.3V 150 mA and 14V 200 mA. The buzzer that I have for the doorbell is 12VDC, 12mA. Do i need to add anything to the circuit? Resistors or anything? Which lights should I use or does it matter?

Your 3-position switches are fine, just use the positions you want and leave the others disconnected.

Your incandescent bulbs are almost purely resistive. Since your voltages and that of the bulbs are mismatched, I suggest you use the 6.3V bulbs in series with a suitable current-limiting resistor in order to get 150mA.

Wire the buzzer to a separate battery, otherwise your lights will dim when the doorbell button is pressed. A 9V battery may be OK to drive your 12V buzzer, if not, put two 9V batteries in series and use a current-limiting resistor.
