me and my husband been married for 8 years went to bed and woke up with him trying to smother me with a pillar called the police and they made him leave i file for divorce and he is staying next door to me in fathers house that died now wants to offer me a lot and trailor on our other land but nothing sign or agreed to option and i am still in home and he moved out our truck motorcycles and his things i was wondering if i have to leave he saids i do talk to lawyer in few days want do i do,i am disable he has offer me before to take money and leave,will i have to leave my home or what need of advice , thanks oh i am disable but can not get ss because he makes to much money.
