✪ Which piano piece should I learn next?
I just got this awesome new classical piano book and have narrowed it down to a couple of pieces I might want to play, but can’t decide on one or two! Does anyone have any experience with these pieces? I really want a challenge (a step up from Chopin’s Nocturne in C-Sharp Minor) but it would also be nice if it didn’t take a year to learn

I already know the Yann Tiersen piece… took me about an hour to learn. Something more challenging please.
These pieces represent a wide range of difficulty. Are you studying with a teacher? The Arabesques and Liebestraum are definitely doable after the Nocturne and the others are mostly easier, some very much so. Why are you playing such difficult pieces if you haven’t yet played the Rondo Alla Turca and Le Coucou? Those are relatively simple and shouldn’t need any more than a couple minutes of studying if you can manage the Chopin…I would suggest the Arabesques and then if you can play those well in a reasonable amount of time, the Liebestraum.
