1919 M.Schultz Co. Piano?
My brother -in-law recently was given a piano made by the M.Schultz Co. out of Chicago. Via serial number we have been able to determine that it was manufactured in 1919. It is an upright piano and in good condition. Does anyone know how to determine it’s worth?
You need a piano appraiser. I would first check with any musical instrument stores in your area that sell pianos and accept trade-ins. Any store that takes trade-ins will have their own appraiser. In addition you can check your local yellow pages (or Google) to find companies that deal in estate sales. They can be very helpful in leading you to a local appraiser.

Certainly there is a world of information on M. Shultz pianos across the internet, but I found this particular blurb to be highly positive in its assessment of this brand:
