Whats the best way to learn playing an instrument that you knew before?
I used to play piano, but quit, around 5 years ago. I now want to learn again, but cannot afford regular lessons. Would it be easier if I just bought a keyboard, purchased a book on musical theory, and then relearnt the songs I used to be able to play, or should I get a job and pay for lessons again?
Since you already knew, my advice yould definitely be forget about the lessons and get the book and keyboard, it’ll all come back as soon as you start and i speak from experience.
