Where can I buy sheet music online that is reliable?
I need to find a book of jazz standards for an alto/ mezzo soprano voice. Also, I need the sheet music for Crazy on You -Heart (I’m willing to guy the book)
but i need vocal and piano. ive been scammed a few times so i tihnk i want to have it sent to my house istead of downloading.
I would suggest Music Forte, because they have been in business for several years, they use EV SSL which is an expensive security measure for online transactions (if you plan to shop online). They provide phone support MF 9-5, and are a registered S-Corp in the state of Illinois.
In regards to the music you are looking for, I have two great ideas that you might not have thought about.
First (not as good as the next idea), you may want to try a MIDI compilation of Jazz Standards. I’ve put an example below in the source.
You may need a 3.5 disk drive, as MIDI is not all that popular. However, the great thing about it is that you can transpose the music instantly on your computer in play it in the exact key that you need it. In fact, you can really work your vocals well, by practicing the same song in different keys that challenge your low and high range.
Next, (I think this is better), something that is new and becoming increasingly popular is the Pro Vocal series, which is in CD format. It is enhanced for computer playback to adjust the key (without changing tempo), but is also playable on any CD player. I think this is better, because the music is real, and not computer midi generated music.
Also below is a link for books that contain Heart’s, « Crazy On You ». You can view all the songs that are in the books. Maybe you’ll find something that has more than just the one song you’re currently looking for. I was not able to find just that song alone as sheet music.
