Clef help (Saint-Sean Bassoon Concerto)?
The piece is for bassoon, the clef switches between a clef I do not know, and Bass Clef. What is this other clef?

The bassoon uses two clefs commonly, and you can rejoice-there are a lot more clefs to learn, but you won’t need them!
The Bass clef, which you are familiar with, places F-below-middle-c on the fourth line up from the bottom of the five-line staff. It is called « F clef » because it tells where the F is. The Tenor clef is pitched a fifth higher, in effect: the fourth line up from the bottom is middle c. This is one of a family of « C clef »s, so named because they tell where middle-C is.
If you look at a viola part, you’ll see that it uses the alto clef, placing c in the middle of the staff. Most often, the wingtips curve back to the two vertical lines, so it looks like a stack of backward-C’s. That isn’t why it’s called a C clef (although it is pretty, graphically-speaking.) The C clef in your score are just as C clef: it’s where the two wings meet that marks middle c. (just as it is the two dots that show where F is for the bass clef.)
Currently, your third-octave g in bass clef is written three ledger lines above the staff. In Tenor clef, that same pitch is one ledger line above the staff. Using this notational method, you can more easily read the very high notes.
The fastest way to learn tenor clef for a bassoonist is to consider the bottom line of the tenor clef as the center line of the bass clef: D. The second line, then, is F (where the bass clef sits) and the middle line is a. The fourth line is middle c (one ledger line above the bass clef staff) and the top line is e. Essentially, the bass clef and tenor clef staves together would form a 7 line staff from G to e.
