is this piano a good selection?
I wanna learn how to play the piano, so I’m a beginner. I have no idea about notes and all of that stuff, but I will also buy some kind of book or dvd/cd to help me out, and the piano is not expensive but I still don’t know. I really want to know how to play the piano!

Good choice! Piano is one of the most beautiful instruments that you can learn. 
I don’t know how much you want to learn the piano, and it depends on how old you are, but in my experience, I felt that during the first two years I played the piano, I had really wanted a real piano. Then when I bought an upright piano, I found myself wanting the electronic piano.
The good things about an electronic piano is that it’s not as expensive as a ‘real’ piano, but more serious than a keyboard. With most keyboards, you can’t hear the difference between loud and soft (unless you adjust the volume yourself), and it disturbs the music quite a bit if you decide to go into higher levels.
