Hands feels stiff when playing the piano?

My hands feel stiff n cramped at times when playing the piano for too long, is there any remedies to relief that? does soaking it in warm water helps?

You’ve answered your own question… If you are stiff and sore after doing something for too long then back off and take a break. By continually doing the same thing and fighting through the discomfort you are doing a major dis-service to your body. The end result will be RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) which may never heal. For occasional stiffness try Heat ointment which contains capsaicin (proven pain reliever).
