cleaning oxidized car door pillars?
I forgot how I used to do this. Someone want to jog my memory? They look really crummy, and regular washing just doesn’t do it. They’re glossy black (or are supposed to be!), so I can’t use any abrasives. Thanks!
I would use a polishing compound. You can buy this at any Wal-Mart, K-Mart, or auto parts store. I would suggest that you use Turttle Wax Polishing Compound. It’s in a white and green tub and is really enexpensive. I have my own detailing shop and find that this product works very well. It may take more than one application.
