What is the value of this piano?
Hello. I have a piano by the brand name of Merrill Boston, it’s an upright piano, with model number 33411. It’s in fair condition, plays well, and it has been tuned about 2 years ago

People say that the Merrill piano Mfg. Company started around 1885 and ended around 1926. Thank you!
It isn’t possible to determine an accurate value of a piano without being there physically to touch, taste, smell, etc. But I can say this: The lacquer on the cabinet is checking, so it has seen a lot of direct sunlight. The tuning pins appear to be rusty — never a good sign. Tuned once in two years, esp. for an old piano, is not a great level of care — and who knows what level of care it received before you owned it?
If you can get more than $200.00 for it, I would be surprised.
