Using midi keyboard to the Piano Roll in FL-Studio 8?
My Keyboard is all connected, but and when I press the keys when In Piano Roll. The Keys in Piano roll move and make a sound, But It the green blocks dont appear. How can I use the Midi keyboard to WRITE in the Piano roll instead of using my mouse?

With the piano roll open, press the record button on the main transport and select automation and score. Play away and the notes will show up in the piano roll. One other cool feature is if you were jamming and made a perfect riff, go up to OPTIONS, then go down to Dump score log to selected pattern. FL Studio is cool because it records any MIDI signal sent in for roughly 3 minutes, so when you choose this option, the last three minutes of tinkering will drop into the piano roll. Select the portion you like and press Ctrl+C to copy it, then from the piano roll menu, choose EDIT then Delete All. Now press Ctrl+V and just the part you liked will paste into the piano roll. Move it around as you see fit. Cheers
