What makes more money an Architect or an Athlete?
Well, that I want to know is: What do you think is better be an Architect or an athlete. For example: An architect like SOM, Cesar Pelli, Norman Foster, Renzo Piano, Zada Hadid, Santiango Calatrava, Frank Lloyd Wright or an Athlete like Frank Lampard, Kaka, Messi, David Villa, Michael Phelps.
A bit hard to compare elite performers in both. Doesn’t really represent the rest. Elite athletes will make more when in their prime, but for every Messi or David Villa, there are thousands who are good – but not good enough – to play professionally at a high level.
Also confusing this is endorsements – many athletes make more on their image than their performance. Tiger Woods (well, at least before he became sketchy) made far more marketing his image than he made on the golf course.
