What keys can you play in on I. Jones’ piano?

On his instrument, you can play in any of these ecclesiastical modes:
C major or Ionian
D Dorian
E Phrygian
F Lydian
G Mixolydian
A Aeolian
B Locrian
or any of these pentatonic modes:
C do-centered
F do-centered
G do-centered
A la-centered
D la-centered
E la-centered
Occasionally, we run into pentatonic scales centered on other scale degrees besides do and la.
The American folk song Shady Grove is in the the re-centered pentatonic mode.
So we can play Shady Grove in the key of D on I Jones’ piano.
Are there any jazz scales, ethnomusicological scales, or other scales which I am missing?
I’m certain a Russian Bureaucrat monitoring the arts under Stalin’s regime could have told you exactly what key was sarcastic, and which instruments – lets make one up – a tenor Db Clarinet, are also those guilty of sarcasm. But it must be a bureaucrat, not an artist, who so determines:-)
I’m certain too, that IJones’ piano is one requiring a compass of movement and arm-length more appropriate for a gorilla than a human being, because the intention was to include all accidentals while eliminating the black keys, stimulated by wishing to simplify notation by cleansing it of the (formerly) necessary signs for chromatic scale and alterations. You’re mistaken, Su, this is not is a purely diatonic keyboard.
If it takes off, a wise man would invest in those businesses which supply both the pulp and the finished manuscript paper to music publishers,.
